Impressions
I stayed at Incenter Apartments Rijeka for a week-long vacation and would recommend a shorter stay of 2-3 nights to fully enjoy your time. While the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in, the cons of the apartment outweighed the pros. The hygiene of the room was subpar, with drainage issues in the shower and sink causing flooding in the entire toilet area. The floors were dirty and in need of mopping, and there were ants crawling on the floor. The sheets provided were itchy and there were stray hairs and stains found on the bed. Moreover, the check-out time of 10am was early, especially considering the late check-in time of 5pm, which inconvenienced our day plans. Additionally, the reception being 750m away from the apartment was not ideal.
However, one of the pros of staying at Incenter Apartments Rijeka was its fantastic location. Situated at the edge of the old town, it was conveniently located next to the bus station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and its surrounding areas. The staff were also helpful in providing information about attractions and transportation options, ensuring that we had a smooth check-in experience.
while the location and friendly staff were positives, the cleanliness and maintenance issues at Incenter Apartments Rijeka made for a less-than-ideal stay. I would recommend staying for a shorter duration of 2-3 nights to enjoy the central location, but be prepared for the potential inconveniences and lack of cleanliness during your stay.

I had a fantastic stay in the very city center - perfect for a couple. The hotel is located on a small square in front and is surrounded by a large square nearby. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and the facilities were modern and homely. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided all the necessary information.

We had the best stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect. The cleanliness was outstanding, with the room being spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed and more. The location in the center of the city was ideal, as we were able to explore Rijeka easily. It was amazing to be on the main walking street and close to the large square nearby. The staff was exceptional, with the host providing us with a wealth of information and being extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The location in the heart of the town was fantastic. Everything was within walking distance, and there were bus terminals nearby for easy transportation to other places. The apartment was also conveniently located near the national and international bus station. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch. Everything was clean and new, making for a comfortable stay. The staff, particularly the owner Alen, was extremely helpful and cooperative. Despite my entry pin issues, Alen went out of his way to assist me, even on a public holiday. The apartment had great facilities, including a microwave and dishes, which made mornings more convenient. Additionally, being near a large square allowed for easy access to coffee and pastries.
